Practical AI Assistants People Can Trust

Many teams want to use AI, but are worried it will say the wrong thing, cost too much, or confuse their users. We helped create three real-world assistants — Ask SolE, Ask Hally, and Hey Bloom — by giving each of them a clear purpose, safe boundaries, and simple ways to control cost and behavior.

The challenge

Leaders were excited about AI, but nervous about using it with real people. They had seen chatbots give wrong or risky answers, ignore language needs, and run up unexpected bills. They needed assistants that were clear about what they could and could not do, would not “go rogue”, and could be trusted in sensitive areas like health, education, or business decisions.

Our approach

We started by defining the real job of each assistant: who it serves, what it is allowed to answer, and where it must say “I don’t know” or “you should talk to a human”. Then we built a shared system that every assistant could use — one place to manage what information it can see, what topics are off-limits, which languages it supports, and how much it is allowed to spend. On top of that, each assistant got its own “personality” and content, but all of them followed the same simple, safe rules.

7Hub — A Loan Origination Platform Built for Multiple Brands and Products

7Hub is a “full-house” loan origination and credit operations system. It supports multiple loan products, multiple brands (tenants), strict role-based access, configurable workflow automation, and document generation — so operations teams can move faster without losing control.

The challenge

The business needed to run loan origination at scale across multiple brands and products. But operations were fragmented: different tools, repeated work, and brand-specific variations that forced teams to duplicate features. As volume grew, the risk also grew — the wrong person seeing the wrong data, inconsistent approvals, and documents that were manually assembled or frequently outdated. They needed a single system that could standardize the workflow, keep tenants strictly separated, and still remain flexible enough to support different products and changing business rules.

Our approach

We designed 7Hub as a multi-tenant platform where “brand” and “product” are first-class concepts. Shared capabilities (intake, review, approvals, document handling, monitoring) are built once and reused across tenants, while each brand can configure its own rules, workflows, permissions, and templates. We focused on operational clarity — so teams always know what to do next — while enforcing strict RBAC and audit-friendly controls behind the scenes.

Digital Transformation

Digital Transformation — Helping Businesses Move Forward with Software

Digital transformation does not start with tools — it starts with understanding how your business actually works. We help businesses improve and evolve their software step by step: websites, internal systems, workflows, and integrations — choosing what to fix, what to build, and what to leave alone.

The challenge

Many businesses know they need “digital transformation,” but feel overwhelmed. They are unsure where to start, worried about cost, and afraid of disrupting day-to-day operations. Past experiences with vendors often resulted in shiny websites or tools that looked good but did not truly help the business run better. What they needed was a calm, practical partner who could help them move forward without forcing a full overhaul.

Our approach

We approach digital transformation as a journey, not a one-time project. We start by understanding the business: how work flows today, where time is lost, where errors happen, and where software could genuinely help. From there, we identify small but meaningful improvements — sometimes a website, sometimes an internal tool, sometimes automation or integration — and build only what makes sense at that stage.

Closer

Closer — A Simple Lead‑to‑Deal OS for Busy Teams

Closer is a simple CRM built for teams that generate leads from many places (ads, Instagram/WhatsApp, referrals, websites) and need one clear place to turn those leads into real deals. It focuses on daily action: capture the lead, qualify it, follow up, move it forward — without heavy screens or confusing setups.

The challenge

Most businesses don’t “lack leads.” They lack follow‑through. Leads arrive in different channels, updates live in chats, and the real status exists only in someone’s head. As a result: follow‑ups slip, handoffs are messy, reporting is unreliable, and owners lose confidence in the pipeline. Traditional CRMs often make this worse by being too complex, forcing teams to fill dozens of fields, and turning everyday work into admin.

Our approach

We designed Closer as a Lead‑to‑Deal operating system — a lightweight tool that matches how teams actually work. Instead of asking for perfect data upfront, it captures the minimum needed to act, keeps every deal’s story in one timeline, and makes “next step” obvious. The system stays flexible so each business can define its own stages and workflow, while still keeping ownership, accountability, and visibility clear.
